Unboxing Video Required
To help us verify any issue with your order, please make a clear, continuous unboxing video when opening your package. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send the video to our customer support team along with your order details.
Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot accept exchange requests when:
- You simply do not like the product
- You selected the wrong color or size
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered
